About Crown Calls:
The story behind the crown
People need people.
Not people who always have the perfect advice.
Not people who can fix every problem.
Sometimes, we simply need someone who will call.
Someone who remembers what we told them last time.
Someone who asks how the interview went.
Someone who celebrates the small victory that everyone else overlooked.
Someone who can sit with us when life isn't going exactly as planned and remind us that one difficult day doesn't define our whole story.
That kind of connection can be surprisingly hard to find.
Why I Created Crown Calls
Throughout my life and career, I've had the opportunity to listen to people from many different walks of life. My background in healthcare, customer service, communication, and counseling education has taught me something I believe deeply:
Being heard matters.
People don't always need another person telling them what they should do. Sometimes they need the freedom to talk, think out loud, laugh, celebrate, vent a little, or simply know that somebody cared enough to check in.
I created Crown Calls to make that kind of intentional connection easier.
Crown Calls is for the person who could use a little encouragement.
For the person working toward a goal.
For someone navigating a new chapter.
For someone who has something exciting to celebrate.
For someone who simply wants a meaningful conversation with someone who is genuinely interested in them.
And sometimes, it's for the person who doesn't realize just how much they needed that call until the phone rings.
The Idea Behind the Crown
The name Crown Calls comes from the idea that every person has value.
You don't have to earn your worth by accomplishing something extraordinary.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't have to be having a perfect day.
You matter simply because you are you.
A Crown Call is a small reminder of that.
It's a moment intentionally set aside for you.
What Makes a Crown Call Different?
Crown Calls aren't scripted conversations where someone simply works through a checklist.
Before your call, we take the time to learn about you—your interests, your goals, the things you're proud of, what you're working toward, and what makes you smile.
That information helps make your calls personal.
Because there's a difference between someone asking,
"How are you?"
and someone asking,
"How did that thing you've been working toward turn out?"
We want you to feel the difference.
Our Philosophy
At Crown Calls, we believe connection doesn't have to be complicated.
Sometimes it sounds like encouragement.
Sometimes it sounds like laughter.
Sometimes it sounds like celebrating something wonderful.
Sometimes it's simply someone saying,
"Tell me about it."
Our job isn't to fix you.
Our job is to connect with you.
To listen.
To encourage.
To remember.
To celebrate.
To notice.
And to make a little room in the world for you to be exactly where you are.
A Note From Me
I created Crown Calls because I believe there is still tremendous value in simply showing up for one another.
Life can be busy. Families are busy. Friendships can become harder to maintain. New chapters can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time.
And sometimes the people we love are the very people we don't want to burden with one more thing.
So I wanted to create something different.
A service built around intentional connection.
A reason to look forward to the phone ringing.
A little encouragement when you need it.
A little celebration when you deserve it.
And a reminder that somewhere, someone took the time to remember you.
That's a Crown Call.
And you deserve one.
